1.1 Party B accepts the entrustment of Party A to provide e-commerce services including platform entry, store operation consulting and compliance planning.
1.2 Detailed service items, execution standards and deliverable requirements are specified in the appendix (if attached) to this contract.

4.1 Party A shall submit all documents required for service processing in a timely manner and warrant all materials are authentic, legal and valid.
4.2 Party B shall perform all services with due diligence in compliance with industry norms and contractual provisions.
4.3 Both parties shall maintain confidentiality of all trade secrets obtained during the cooperation period.
5.1 Any party in breach of contractual clauses shall bear corresponding liability for compensation for all losses incurred to the counterparty.
5.2 Party B shall not be held responsible for service delays caused by false or delayed materials supplied by Party A.
6.1 Any disputes arising from the performance of this contract shall be resolved through amicable consultation between the two parties.
6.2 If consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the peopleโs court having jurisdiction at Party Bโs registered location.
7.1 Matters not covered herein may be supplemented via supplementary agreements, which shall have equal legal force with this contract.
7.2 This contract is made out in two counterparts, with one held by each party, and shall take effect upon signature and seal of both sides.
